1 quart of heavy cream
2 tsp of fresh garlic
Parsley
freshly ground black pepper
cream cheese
1 egg
1 stick sweet cream salted butter
freshly grated cheese

Finely Grate: 1 1/2 cups Parmesan
1 cup Romano
1/4 cup Asiago
1/4 cup sharp white cheddar
1/2 cup mozzarella

Mushrooms (Baby Portabella optional)
