Pasta Sauce for Canning

1 bushel of roma tomatoes
6 large green peppers
5 large red onions
6 Tbsp of fresh garlic
(Grind all in food processor)
1/2 cup of brown sugar
2 cups vinegar
Season with oregano, basil and other spices
6 medium cans of tomato paste or 1/2 large can
(Combine ingredients, simmer for 2-3 hours, stirring intermittently.)
